The Loveland Burn Project

This house was previously destroyed due to a fire. The general contractor removed the structure down to it's existing foundation. In an effort to work with the client on a budget I designed their dream home to fit on the existing foundation. To create a new, modern and open floorplan I also added a kitchen bump out on the left side.
